Jeremy Wasmuth

Jeremy is the President of Canadian Resource Valuation Group Inc. (CRVG), Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA. CRVG provides services throughout Canada in the areas of Real Property Appraisal, Equipment and Livestock Appraisal, Agricultural Damage Assessments, Personal Injury Losses and First Nation Land Claims. Jeremy is an Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) as possesses over 13 years of appraisal and consulting experience. Jeremy is a graduate of the University of Alberta School of Business where he earned a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. He has also earned a Northern Alberta Institute of Technology Forest Technology Diploma (Honours) and a Post Graduate Certificate in Valuation from the University of British Columbia. Over the course of Jeremy’s appraisal and consulting career he has gained experience in valuing a diverse array of real property including agricultural, industrial, commercial, multi-family, development land, first nation’s lands and partial interests. Jeremy’s appraisal assignments have been utilized for litigation support, expropriation, estate settlement, right of way acquisition, insurance placement, foreclosure and financing.
Trevor Sheehan

Trevor is a Professional Agrologist (P. Ag.) and is a graduate of the University of Alberta where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with Distinction. His education and training includes range and pasture management, agronomy, agriculture economics and real property valuation. Trevor has extensive experience in the agriculture industry including working with various types of livestock, managing a large hog operation, performing various field operations and advising growers on all aspects of crop production. His education and experience enable him to provide practical hands-on advice in the operation of agricultural businesses along with professional opinions and technical advice. Trevor is currently enrolled in the Appraisal Institute of Canada – Post Graduate Education Program offered through the University of British Columbia to obtain his AACI designation.
